Congratulations to Natalia Perez on a fabulous 26-year-long career with Pacific Wood Laminates, primarily as our top-producing skoog operator in our plywood department!

Natalia has done various production jobs around our plywood plant. She has been solid and reliable at each machine center, and she is a true superstar when it comes to operating a skoog. As a skoog operator, her primary responsibility is to repair veneer sheets to ensure they meet product specifications.

Natalia’s friends, loved ones, and coworkers claim that she is one of the hardest-working individuals they’ve ever met. The experience, dedication, and friendly personality that Natalia has brought to PWL have had an incredible impact on the work environment.

Natalia considers Pacific Wood Laminates as her second family, and the decision to retire feels bittersweet. During retirement, Natalia plans on spending her time gardening, traveling, relaxing, and spending quality time with her kids and grandkids.
