South Coast Lumber Co. owns substantial prime Douglas fir timber and timberlands predominately located in Curry County, Oregon.

South Coast Lumber Co. operates production facilities it owns located at 17345 Carpenterville Road, Brookings, Oregon. South Coast Lumber Co. leases its plywood and LVL manufacturing facilities (comprising 246,376 square feet) located at 815 Railroad Ave., Brookings, Oregon to Pacific Wood Laminates.

Our new 10,000 square-foot headquarters building houses our sales, management and executive offices.
